RETURNS POLICY

We work hard to provide consistent, quality prints for our customers, however, if you're unhappy with the product you receive please follow these instructions within 14 days of your item being received to return/receive a new product:

Email us at heybeauandbae@gmail.com with;

• The date of your purchase
• Your order number
• What you would like to return
• Why you want to return it
• A photo highlighting the fault/damage

Once we have received this email we will organise a replacement/refund for you if the order meets our user agreement/return policy.

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect sizing selection.

Please note that sizing measurements are within +-2cm.

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours may vary slightly. This is due to the fact that different devices have different capabilities to display colours.

We do not accept returns for delays or errors made by any of our couriers when we have dispatched to the correct address.
